  • 1.  i need to disable USB to make flash read-only but i want printer working

    Hi ,

    already disabled USB the Flash(bin drive) not working this is good
    for me ,but the printer also not working it showing offline.

     

    how to solve this issue?

    Are you block it with SEPM??

    You need to add the printer driver in excluding

    How to block USB Devices, Excluding the Mouse and Keyboard, in the SEP Manager

    Use the dev-viewer tool and add the device id to allow the access

    Have you use dev viewer tool and exclude device ?

    alreay exluding form block device but still showing offline

    You can exclude Printer device ID using dev viewer tool

    Are you using usb connector for printer?

    You are also require to add the particular device id in SEPM and exclude it

    Dev-Viewer tool is the best solution.

    Have you excluded the Device ID?
