    you can install SEP on windows box, for the application you looking for you should look for symantec protection engine (earlier called as scan engine)

    we are going to implement new so we want which  one is compactable in latest .

    please reach out Symantec partner or sales for the requirement. Protection Engine should be the product that is recommended.

    so how we can use the symantec protection engine in EMC VNX 5500 storage ?
