    VERSION 12.1.6 IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH  XP SP2

    I'M NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD SEP OLDER VERSION

    PLEASE HELP

    SEP 11.x is end of support life and no longer available. The only option here is to get off XP SP2 (upgrade to SP3) or find a product that supports it if you can't get off SP2 for whatever reason.

    If this is XP 64-bit then SEP 12.1 supports it.

    Ideally, you want to get off XP altogether as it is EOL and not supported.

    please download and appy SP3 to your windows XP box as XP SP3 is supported with the latest SEP 12.1.6.

    Hi PEEEJE-YIL,

    Nothing of any importance should be entrusted to WinXP SP2.  Both that OS and SEP 11 are long since past EOL. 

    SEP 12.1 is supported on WinXP SP3, though be aware that Xp gets more and more inherently insecure with every Patch Tuesday which comes along.
