As a partner in Symantec's partner program, you're automatically enrolled in the Partner Group which provides you the ability to ask PRIVATE questions of other partners anywhere within Connect - particularly within the product forums. By marking a comment as "private" you are able to direct your inquiry to other partners' sales engineers, solution architects, and professional service consultants who would be able to see your private comment and respond. Of course, you can always post any question publically, as well, in any of the product forums on Connect.
