Hello to everyone on the forums.

I have been having trouble with trying to figure out how I can exclude a program from being instantly quarantined. I have tried to install a few monitoring software on my system (Ardamax, Isafe All in One) and they get instantly detected at Windows 7 startup and correctly detected and quarantined as Malware. SAV is working correctly but I want this software on my system and I have been trying to configure SAV.

Now this is SAV 10 Client so I dont think it has Global Exclusions.

I go to  Configure->File System Auto Protect->Exclusions->Files/Folders  and I set the folders of the program and select to exclude the. I have also tried  Configure->File System Auto Protect->Actions->Exceptions  and I add Ardamax and Keyloggers in general. Now with all this done the program seems to work but when I reboot the system and the program tries to start, SAV immediately starts an Auto Generated Scan (? I believe) which detects the program and Quarantines it.

Can someone help me? Thanks.

have you enabled global exclusion, if not try doing that and let know if it works

I think that Global Settings is if you have Symantec Server?? This is a personal laptop and it has Symantec Client Security -> Symantec Antivirus 10.2.0.276 but for Client. I do not know how to get into Global Settings.

Also the programs I have tried to use Ardamax and Isafe All in One get quarantined as Spyware.Ardamax or Spyware.Keylogger respectively.
