Hi everybody
I'm translating the Servicedesk 7.1 of the company and I don't found the window of tickets (See the attachment)
Anybody knows what's the name of this window in the Workflow and what's the name of the form that i need to edit?

Yes, is correct, but you know where can I edit the "Smart Tasks" in the menu "My Actions" for exemple?
I want to translate that menu (See attachment):

I found a way. I went in "Admin/Data/Process Type Actions" and translate the text

I need to find a mean to edit the text of Smart Tasks yet (in red).

You know if I will have problems, if I change the text? For example: Change "Reassign" for "Capturar chamado" (in portuguese)?

If you change these options in an environment with real tickets these tickets would not change existing names just to stay in the new tickets, the problem as the old these tickets kept the name when opened will not throw you find and error "Task not Found" or something
What I recommend is that you make these changes it in a new environment, you may need to make some changes when I change the data fails reallocating ticket and I modify another part of the flow
There are other ways to repair these old tickets if have got here but it is a bit cumbersome
My ingles no es de lo mejor jajaja, pero para explicarte mejor lo dejo en español, si tu cambias estas opciones en un ambiente con tickets reales estos tickets ya existentes no cambiarian los nombres solo se quedaran en los nuevos tickets, el problema como los antiguos tickets mantienen el nombre estos al momento de abrirlos no lo va a encontrar y te arrojara error "Task Not Found" o algo parecido
Lo que te recomendaria es que estas modificaciones lo realices en un ambiente nuevo, puede que tengas que realizar algunas cambios por que yo cuando cambio estos datos la reasignacion de ticket falla y debo modificar otra parte del flujo
Existen otras formas de reparar estos tickets antiguos si los llegaras a tener pero es un poco engorroso
