    Hi,

    I need upgrade my Symatec Critical system protection manager console 5.2.0.493 to latest version.

    while running live update it is showing the unable to connect live update server.Please help me.

    Live update will not update the software is was intended to update policies. The upgrade path would be, download the latest version, double click the installers and done.
