What version of SEP are you trying to install? Does your Server 2003 have SP1 (or better) installed?
Please try running setup.exe as administrator as it might need to run some pre-reqs checks.

I tried but not successfull. My computer is Windows Server Enter Edittion 2003. I tried it with symantec cloud but can not run .exe. What should me do ?
What do you mean by "but can not run .exe" - did you get any error message? If so, what did it say?
Do you have any folder redirection on this server?
it does not present a error problem. I run the file .exe and can not see anything

I tried sysdiag but no results. I also tried with symantec cloud but still fails
