If you license has not
If you license has not expires then the upgrade is free.
To upgrade you need to download the lats version from
Web Site: https://fileconnect.symantec.com
Use your serial number and select http download method and select the version that you want to upgrade, it should be available there.

Please visit the following link for the migration

If u want to migrate from CE 10.5 then u have to first migrate to SEp 11.0 then to MR1..2..3..4Mp1..MP2..etc.
U cannot migrate directly from 10.5 to 11.0Mr1,2,3 or 4. In this case u can unistall the previous version and directly install 11.0.MR4MP2. This will be little tough but better.

yes any upgrade within 2010
yes any upgrade within 2010 is free for you . SEP is free but not SNAC .
you have to purchase SNAC License to use it.
Symantec employees need to varify/confirm.
Symantec told its not free
Customer contacted Symantec but they told its not free....
I will tell the customer to contact once again and get confirmation.
Thanks.
