So our tape robot has a dedicated and unnumbered cleaning slot, and it complains to me when I don't have the cleaning tape loaded in there.  On the other hand, BE doesn't see the cleaning tape unless it's in one of the numbered slots.  What gives, and how do I fix this so that everybody is happy?
