ICLS is not responding

Dear all,

I have an issue with ICLS when I'm click on “Test Permit Server Connection” under RDD Configuration options it shows the following warning

ICLS is not responding

Please check your host and port parameters and try again

I have PGP Universal 3.2.0 MP3 Build 2317, I test internet access (Telnet to 443+80) from the PGP Universal Server using Putty and it is OK, but ICLS is not responding.

I found nothing on the internet that related to ICLS :(

could you please help

Thanks tom for reply, acually the server seems to be not reachable as i get the above message.

note: server has full internet access as i can telnet any http/https sites remotly.

for second KB, i already have RDD license.
