ID Protectiona and Active Directory Integration

I have the gateway product installed and working.  I setup the AD client on a workstation, and it rquires the security code to login - having registered my account, I can log into the workstation.  Everything works great.

HOWEVER......

What I would like to do is have the following sequence:

1.  User enters AD credentials - username, password

2.  If a secure account is registered, require a code to complete the login process.

3.  If not account is registed for that user, bypass entering the code and let the user login.

I am trying to protect the ACCOUNTS, not the equipment.  I work in a K12 school district, and simply want to make sure that fro my technicians, or anyone with elevated privilidges, that before they can login they must enter the security code.

How do I set this up?

The Validation and ID Protection Service (VIP) has the second factor authentication method that will allow an end user to enter a security code after entering their AD username and password. To learn more go to:
