IDR Access Denied Problem

Hi,

I'm trying to get IDR to work on an Windows XP machine.  I've successfully taken a full backup and the .dr file has been created.  I've also successfully created the boot CD and can boot the machine from this.  I choose 'Automated Install' and to restore from a 'remote media server' then proceed to the user login details.  I enter the relevant fields and click OK and I'm shown the correct backup sets.  I can then start the restore job.  This is where it fails; a couple of seconds later I get an access denied message.

The networking is fine.  I can ping the client from the media server during this time.  Also, if I check the media server, the client has created a temporary user account there.  However, if I try to use that temporary user account to authenticate on the client then I get an 'Access is Denied' message.  It looks like the temporary user account the client has created on the media server does not have the correct permissions to access the client again?

Anyone had any experience at setting this up and can offer any advice?
