IDR error when creating the image

Hello,
I recieve this message when the wizards begins to create the image. The file in question is not there as I had a look, does anbody know how to fix this? I have already searched the forums. Many thanks

Make sure you have Server service running and the C$ share is accessible. If the C$ share is not available try running
net share c$=c:\
in a command prompt in order to add the share.
