IDR Hangs

Running backupexec 11D on Server 2003 SP2 whenever I attempt to run IDR Wizard to create a bootable CD Image with CD using an either I386 folder located on the server or a server 2003 CD I get the same thing: the IDR Wizard gets to the "The wizard is now creating the bootable image" and nothing happens I left it alone all day one day (I forgot about it) and came back and it was still at that point now status point just a back, cancel and help option.

Can anyone give me a hand here, greatly appreciated I'd love to be able to generate these.  The CD is the correct version and the i386 folder is from the cd that was used to install windows on this server (running it against the backup server).

Run sgmon.exe utility from your <BackupExec InstallPath>. Select the IDR checkbox on the 'Capture' option list. Also check the 'Capture to file' checkbox. Now re-run the IDR boot media preparation wizard. You should be able to see a log of CD image creation activity information in the sgmon window. When the wizard hangs, stop the sgmon capture. The log information will help in determining why the wizard hung.
