if disk size is changed, will endpoint start?

I need to change the size of my disk to add a new partition for dual boot.

If I do this, will endpoint work when I next start it as the disk size will have changed?

It is the client. I have a laptop with endpoint installed on it.

I am going to decrease the disk size from 300GB to 250GB and make a new 50GB partition.

How will endpoint react when I next start the laptop?

SEP client will behave in this matter as any other application - as long as there is enough free space on the drive and as long there is no impact on the directories of SEP installation - SEP should be running fine and withoutu  intrusions after the change.

That is enough space to use the SEP cleint, There is not any problem occur if you can decrease the disk size.

    Hi,

If System requirements are met then there shouldn't be any concern.

If we looked at the System requirements notes, here are the details

    Hard disk

Windows: 850 MB free hard disk space for the installation; additional space is required for content and logs
Note: Space requirements are based on NTFS file systems.

Mac: 500 MB of available hard disk space for the installation

As long as you meet the minimum requirement for hard drive space, SEP won't know the difference. It should be fine.

    Hi

You need to meet the minimum requirement for hard drive space, rest all should be work fine.

And no one officially supports dual booting.
