  • 1.  If there are unknown clients in SEPM - can I just delete them?

    Hello

I've found some clients that are not managed by my group in SEPM - is there a way to get rid of them? if I just delete them from SEPM will they no longer contact our SEPM ? or is there a way to uninstall them?

    thanks

    Yes

If they're legit clients, they will just check back in. Deleting from the SEPM won't cause the clietn any harm.

If you don't want them to check back, you need to uninstall the client manually.

if they are not managed by your SEPM, they should not be reporting to SEPM in the first place.

You can delete them from SEPM but they would come back in next heart beat interval, rather than deleting them you should find out why they are connecting to your SEPM, if they are reporting to particular Group in SEPM, then just right click on the group and select Block new clients,

Also check to ensure that the client is also an 'allowed' client to be on your network.
