  • 1.  If universal server is down, possible to read write Netshare folders?

    Hi All,

    If PGP Universal Server 3.2 is down and I using Server Key Mode, possible to read/write to Netshare folders (existing users and add new users) ?

    I got it. It can access the folders because keys cahce are still in client computer.

    As long as there is no Group-Key in place you can access encrypted folders with your local Keys (SKM,GKM, etc.) without require network connectivity to UN Server. On the other side Group-Keys are cached as long as your session goes. But require a previous connection to UN.
