IFSMSE management console shows new version available but clicking on link reveals nothing

I have been able to download from file connect the latest version of IFSMSE so how do I upgrade? Just run the new version?

Just install newer version
Just install newer version over old. Keeps previous settings and does not require a restart. Upgraded using pcAnywhere.
P.S. I took the bull by the horns because I couldn't find any info anywhere. Result fortunately was success.
