    Also keep in mind, there are several errors that show up in the Application Log that are considered "Normal" as they are preloading data and these errors are normal.

    need to contact MS. believe its a .net and IIS issue. We need to find out what is causing the timeout then servicedesk failure. Thank you

    ... that the request was not handled by the process at the end of the pipe in a timely manner.

    In the case of Workflow Server this normally points to an installation or configuration issue rather than a problem with Microsoft (.net or IIS).

    thanks for your input..i will look inot the config.
