IM Manager Problem with logon

hi friends
im visit you from mexico
im looking for an asnwer
i cant make the login since i change the password of de domain account with i install the IM Manager
i lost all conecctions but when i change the password in every service of my server, i can inicialize and permit the login of all my users of messenger
but the real problemis what i cant enter to the IM Manager Administrator UI or to the IM Manager Reviewer UI,
what is wrong?

Updating the IM Manager Service Account
Hi Aldo,
There are 2 places that you need to update when updating the service account informaton for IM Manager:
1. The Login ID that the services use
2. The Anonymous User ID for IIS

Follow the steps in the KB to update the service credentials in all places correctly.
If you keep having issues, I recommend contacting support to have them walk you through the steps.
