We have plans to move from OCS to Lync and would like to know if there is any projected dates on when IM Manager might support Lync.

Count me in too. We are dependent heavily on Microsoft Lync and we are looking for this option.
IM manager will not support
IM manager will not support Lync and will be EOL in September. Instead, Symantec has chosen several partners such as Actiance and Globanet for their products that offer archiving from "social media."
