    Hello

What is the thin client you are trying to captue th image from.

Also this KB how to manage thin clients may be helpful

Sending WOL usually implies that the console is not seeing a connection from the client.  In order to capture an image you are going to need an automation environment (such as WinPE or LinuxPE).  Are you booting into that successfully?

Can you answer my question above?  In order to deploy or pull an image, you need to be in an Automation Environment (such as WinPE or LinuxPE).  Knowing this is a starting point to troubleshooting your issue.

In order to utilize Deployment Solution to push or pull images, you need to be able to boot your clients into an automation environment (such as WinPE or LinuxPE).  This environment needs to have been created by Altiris Deployment Solutions (Boot Disk Creator).  The booting can be done via PXE (most common setup), bootable DVD, bootable USB drive, or embedded Automation Partition.

Once you have booted to an automation environment, the client will then check in with the Deployment Server to see if there are any jobs for it.  At this point, your status in the Deployment Console will change from the Sending WOL signal, to executing the job.
