Does anyone know how i can display a custom jpeg photo during Windows 7 Image Deployment Job then have it disappear when the job is done?

That way we don't have to keep checking the Job to see the progress of the deployment process.

Do you want this picture displayed on the machine being imaged?  If so, you will most likely have to add it to your WinPE image so that it gets called by some action.

Microsoft have built into Windows 7 a facility for a custom logon background, google OEMBackground. So you put your "This PC is being built" background into your sysprepped image and remove with the last Task before your final reboot.
