Images on page sometimes do not load [until refresh]

     I have a web form project with a form builder.  I have 3 image components on a page (2 ImageMap components and 1 RepositoryImage component). 

    When a user goes to the page, either 1 or both of the ImageMap components will not load (just shows the little "image not found" symbol).  If they then refresh the page, the images show up!

    Is there any way I can pre-load the images so that I can ensure they show up?  It really hurts the user experience quite a bit to see "image not found" symbols...
