Immediate archive for specific mailbox

Hi People,

Does this KB article http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH66263 still applies for EV 9.0.4R1 ?

I need to do complete mailbox item archived every day for all the disabled user account in a specific OU, but somehow the mailbox that I have dropped in the custom OU that I created is not all archived.

Please assist me to achieve this before I delete the AD account and the mailbox from Exchange server that is almost full.

It's the exact same
You may want to do a run now to ensure its picking everything up

It could also be that there just isn't enough time to archive this mailbox as well as all the others, with 1000 messages per pass

If you're processing a mailbox because someone has left the firm, you might want to consider our Archive Leavers tool.  The free version will do the trick for you :)

ok, thanks all for the comments, so where should I kick off the run now ?

I think one week has passed and I wa under the impression that the 0-day archived should've been working but it is not at the moment.
