Impact of creating new domino journal archiving database on EV server

Hi Team,
We are using EV 9.0.2 for domino 8.5 fp-1 journal archiving.
Dur to some reason our journal archiving database corrupt now we are going to create the new database with same name I want to know the impact of this activity on Enterprise vault.

no impact on EV. i've seen this before with domino. i would recommend stopping the archiving task, creating your new database, make sure new mail is flowing alright, start the archiving task, make sure messages are being archived, then move messages from the old database to the new one.
