Thus I exported communication setting from Group B then import it in PC ABC.

I have followd below guide by failure to change the group.

Finally, I just move it in SEPM. Is upper method support unmanaged client only ??

For managed client, what method can use ??

    Thanks

You can use Move script to move client Group A to B

How do I move a large number of SEP clients to a new group at once?

    - No official method to do it ?? Like import communication settings ??

    - After ABC was deleted by SEPM after 90 days not detected, will it keep in Group B after it connected after 90 days ??

    - Or it will detected in Group A only ??

    Thanks

    Hi James,

If client not communicate with SEPM with 90 days (our setting), it will be removed from SEPM.

After the client re-connect and communicated with SEPM, which group will it belong to ?? Depends to some settings file on client ??

Actually, I want SEPM remember which group the client belongs to, even clients were removed from SEPM.

    Thanks

Client gets added to the default group

you may select "Use the client's last-used Group setting" under reconnection preference for clients not to move.

How to configure client Reconnection Preferences in Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 RU6 or 12.1

Client will move either in default group or it will be placed in the that group where it will be communication before 90 days(last time communication).
