This issue has been solved. See solution.

I loaded the SEP12.1 client on 10 PC under an eval server. I have deleted that server and created a production server with a different name and IP. How can I import the existing clients into the new management console?

Since you deleted the Server...

Since you deleted the existing server, the best way would be to create a deployment package from the new server and load the Sylink.XML file from the new package onto the existing machines.

This will be the easiest and best solution for you.

You can follow this document:

 OR

Please open a case with support to obtain the 12.1 sylinkreplacer tool.
