Import job is running for very long time

Hello,

I am using Symantec Backup Exec version 11d.

I am facing some problem when I run import jobs. When I try to run the import job, normal we will get the alret's right, But now the alrets were not generating and the job takes almost 20 min's to completed import job.

So could you please help to come out with problem.

The 20 mins is due to the fact that the import alert is not responded to.

Have you checked for the alert under the Alerts tab.
