Morning everyone.  Recently I have been getting failures in my Run Import Patch data for Windows.  I have watched the task status and noticed that it will try 3 times (waiting 20 sec between attempts) to get a file:

After the third attempt the task fails.

I took the URL and typed it into a browser (from my desktop as well as the server) and get the following message:

    Access Denied

The page you are trying to access, http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_1/patch/windows/Tools/7z.dll, has a potential threat detected.

    Anyone else seeing this behavior?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I just tried to type in the same URL into a browser and was able succesfully download 7z.dll

This file is a part of PMImport and it is there to extract the data for some of the patches.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the confirmation.  We did some testing and our IPS seems to be flagging it as a Malicious URL.  Will have to go in there and try to get that appliance to allow the URL thru.

    Many thanks
