    Definition Folder in Client, Definition Folder in Manager, Necessary Files and Folders to look in a client and manager for troubleshooting.?

    You're best off running the symhelp tool for troubleshooting to start.

    For logs you can view thru the client GUI or on SEPM. This makes it much easier and more readable.

    Thanks for providing the info.  In the same way what are the log files that need to be looked in case of troubleshooting with Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager?

    Depends on what troubleshooting but symhelp is the go to tool for it.
