During installation, I created groups in AD that mapped to the Security Groups in Service Desk (Support I, Support II, Change Implementers, etc.) However, the Active Directory sync only imports those users who are in the same domain as the Service Desk Server. For example, my Support I group is located in Domain1. However, I have accounts from Domain2 and Domain3 in Support I. When I sync, only Domain1 accounts are imported, so the Support I group in Service Desk does not contain the user accounts from Domain2 and Domain3. Why>
