Is it possible to import Incidents from Helpdesk 6.5 into ServiceDesk 7.0 after the installation of ServiceDesk 7.0? Or is it only done during installation?

Keep in mind that you will

Keep in mind that you will have to keep your Help Desk server up and running, since the incidents are not truly migrated. The data stays on the Help Desk server. SD7 creates tasks for open incidents which hold a link to actual incident on the help desk server. Once you migrate, it will monitor the incidents on the help desk server for their status.

After I  migrate the incidents, should I see them under 'My Tasks List'? If so, I don't see them. Please advise.

Thank you,
