Client Management Suite

Hi All,

We have development server and Active directory import for security group is not working.

There is no error in log not even in windows event viewer. Please help.

The log states that 2 resources were imported.  Are you saying that you cannot find them in either the database nor the console? 

Make sure that imported accounts and security groups are available using SMP Console

If they aren't there, then make sure that:

1. Your credentials, which you are using for Active Directory "Role and Account" import rule, have access to these security groups in your Active Directory.
2. Accounts are in security groups in your Active Directory
3. You've chosen correct list of security groups in your Active Directory "Role and Account" import rule.
