  • 1.  Impossible d'éditer les detection rule après installtion 7.5 SP1 HF4

    Bonjour,

     

    Je viens d'installer les hotfix HF4 sur mon CMS 7.5 SP1.

    Maintenant quand je veux éditer un rôle de détection, j'ai une erreur , sans trace dans les logs serveur

    Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée de résolution ?

    Just released: "Detection rules cannot be edited after upgrade to ITMS 7.5 SP1 HF4" "Problem is caused by missing C:\Program Files\Altiris\SoftwareManagement\Web\PackageRuleManagement\Bin\Altiris.PackageRuleManagement.Web.dll msiexec /i "C:\Program Files\Altiris\Symantec Installation Manager\Installs\Altiris\altiris_softwaremanagement_7_5_x64.msi" from command prompt will re-create the missing file." http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH226794

    It's Ok after msiexec with altiris_softwaremanagement_7_5_x64_SP1.msi

    In our case the bin directory itself was missing. But anyway it helped. It doesn't happen in every environment though.
