  • 1.  impossible starting the installation on Win2008 std sp2 x86

    When I start the setup programm I get this this error message:
    "Unable to continue the setup:
    The following prerequisite(s) must be met before running the setup
    Windows server 2003 sp2 or later"

    This is new installation of windows 2008 standard sp2 x86 with french language pack.

    Please help

    Try this if you are installing CCS 9.0. Follow the steps mentioned in the link.

    What is the solution for the Data Collection installation?  I get the following error message when installing on Server 2008 SP2 x64.

    Kevin, does the link you provided work with DC 9.0.1 as well or is there a separate package?
