Hi Guys,
I can't seem to find any report that will help me list/detail the last time an incident was updated by one of my analysts.
In Service Desk applications I have used previously this has proved to be a valuable report so I can be sure my analysts are updating thier jobs and keeping customers informed.
I am using SD 7.1 if that makes any difference
Does anyone else have this issue or have I missed something when creating my reports.
