  • 1.  Incident 'Last Update' date & time

    Hi Guys,

    I can't seem to find any report that will help me list/detail the last time an incident was updated by one of my analysts.

    In Service Desk applications I have used previously this has proved to be a valuable report so I can be sure my analysts are updating thier jobs and keeping customers informed.

    I am using SD 7.1 if that makes any difference

    Does anyone else have this issue or have I missed something when creating my reports.

    I use Servidedesk 7.0.
    I cannot find any field which tells med when the incident was last updated by enduser or technician.

    Does Age has anything to do with this? I think someone mentioned that once?

    Yeah I am still looking for this and I am unable to find it, it would be very beneficial to me.
