Incident status showing out of time

Hi
We just Installed ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2
We just submit incident from User end it submits successfully but in admin console status of incident showing immeditely showing OUT OF TIME.

Verify the time when it was created their is a bug in the time tracking for some items. I had it affect my reports not my incidents
