Incident Time Stamp

Hi,
We just installed Vontu in Asia and for some reason the time stamp on thier Incidents is reflecting Pacific time.  Does anyone know where I can change the settings so that their Incidents are current?

What is the time zone used by the operating system of the enforce and the Oracle?
As far as i know, the time zone in the software is based upon the timezone used on the operating system.

Thank you Naor.  I think the Enforce sits in US and then they have the other components.

Hello Dan,

 

I had this same issue and was solved by modifying the following file:

C:\Vontu\Protect\tomcat\bin\catalina.bat

(I recommend making a backup of this file before being modified)

 

I change the following file

set CATALINA_OPTS=

for this one

set CATALINA_OPTS="-Duser.timezone=GMT-3"

 

My time zone is GTM-3, you have to modify this parameter with your actual time zone
