Data Loss Prevention

I am having a issue with one of my Prevent servers where it is stuck in a starting status, filereader is active but the IncidentWriter  never starts.

This morning it starting working again but upon further inspection there was a page file issue on the server due to the incidentwriter being down which now cleared up as well.

I can provide logs just seeing if anyone ever ran into this issue before.

Incident writer log would certainly help. I had once encountered this issue when there was a port conflict on 8100.

I had the exact same issue a while ago all it was that the enforce console did not detect that the service had started fine so never updated it. recycle the enforce server and that should fix it. (yes even though your issue is with a service on the prevent server)
