Include other variables to e-mail templates ( Servicedesk 7.5)

Hi Gurus,

With ServiceDesk 7.5 we can e-mail notifications on easy way with e-mail templates. But I need to add a variable to this templates that show SLAs resolution time.

Can I do this? How?
