After clearing some space on the server the Deployment Console was receiving an error message "Incorrect database schema for this version of
    the product"
A re-install of the software was done, and the user 'altirisds' password was reset. Now I have to manually enter a password on the Thin Clients when I create an image.
I am not able to distribute an image I either get a message "invalid image file or file not found" or "sending wake-on lan signal"

    Any ideas chaps?

If you find that you have to type a password on your thin clients when you create an image, it is more than likely due to the credentials being incorrect in your Automation environment after the software re-install.  You may need to redo your automation environments (i.e. PXE, automation partition or boot disk).

Hi Brian, thanks for your input. While it did not solve my query, it did lead me to where the issue was. In this instance, the client was using a bootworks automation partition which used a local admin account to create the mapped metwork drive to the DS. The HQ IT implemented a GPO which prevented local admin accounts from accessing the network. Solution: create a domain service account and reconfigure the bootworks partition image and redeploy.
