Incorrect Date/Time on Quick/Schedule Reports

Hey there,

I've looking for a solution for an incorrect date/time on Quick/Schedule Reports.

The image above show an example:

As we can see, some computers/servers show an incorrect date/time about the "Last Scan Time".

At the same SEP Manager, the Monitor Log show the correct date/time about the "Last Scan Time".

I would like to know if have some database maintenance for SEP Manager SBE to fix this error.

Known issue with SBE kindly open up a case with Support .

What Version of Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 version are you carrying??

Is that Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.0, Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.1or Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.1 RU1?

In case if you are carrying Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.0, this issue does not occur after upgrading to SEP 12.1 SBE.  Please ensure that they are running the very latest release of SEP 12.1 RU1

Thanks for all replies.


The SEP Manager have the 12.1 (12.1.671.4971) version.
Just to check, which date was released the version 12.1 RU1? I will upgrade the version to fix this issue.
