Incremental backup for exchange 2010 failed with error E0008497, V-79-57344-33943

Hi Support, i installed backup exec 2012 and added agent exchange server 2010 and i tried to run incremental backup but its failed with  

error with error E0008497,  V-79-57344-33943. As per solutions i already disable circular logging, restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service and rerun the job but its failed again with same error.

please advise.

After disabling the Circular logging have you dismounted / mounted the Exchange Databases? You need to either do this or restart the Exchange Information store service (It takes your entire exchange offiline and gets it back online)

Once this is done, perform a Full backup and then try an Incremental it should work.
