Index Volume Replay EV6 SP3

Created: 03 Sep 2008 • Updated: 21 May 2010 | 3 comments

I cannot seem to interigate any indexes when using IndexVolumeReplay.exe logged on as a EV admin or as the enterprise vault account.  When I enter the EV directory i.e (evault1.ev.local) or an archive id I recieve an error message stateing "that there is no archives" If the exact message is needed I can give this on a further post.

The Indexes are on a NAS and are not on the local computer is there something else I need to do?

The message that I am recieving when running Index Volume Replay is "there is no volumes to display"   Is this because there are no indexes in the failed, rebuilding or offline state ?

Thanks in advance

Did you check the index location specified for the index service still holds good. You can verify it from Admin Console-> Evserver-> Indexing Service.

Hi there Jedijus -- are you thinking you have an index issue, or are you jsut performing housekeeping? It might make sense to have a chat with Support if you suspect you have an issue. The index housekeeping and health has improved quite a lot since 6, so depending on what you're trying to do, it may make more sense to visit with them first.
