Individual tasks run but jobs do not

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Last week I noticed that jobs are no longer running. The first task in the job executes, however, subsequent tasks do not. The only thing I can think of is recent windows updates but im not sure. Individual tasks will run on their own as well. The jobs that do not run are imaging jobs as well as software delivery jobs.

in addition to the cleanup tasks found in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag... I had to clean up two other tables
Stop Object and Client Services on NS
Truncate Table ClientTaskInstanceRequests
Truncate Table ServerTaskInstance Requests
Start object and client service
Also, on each Task server I had to restart the Object and Client services.
