  • 1.  Initiate votting automation

    hi every one,

     

    We are trying to automate CAB initiate votting for the change tickets. does any body have an idea how to do that. I know that i can pass the ticket to external workflow and there i need to complete the task.  but i am confused of how to achive it.

    any help will be appriciated.

    The only way I could see to do it would be to trigger a workflow from the OnPlanningCompleted ruleset and have it poll the process until the "Initiate Voting" task was created.  Then you could complete the task.
