    Hello,

I'm looking for a performance testing product that I can run inline with SEP to guage the impact on performance while a full scan is running. I've looked into software like PCMark7 and SiSandra but it's not quite what I'm looking for. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Are you looking for something that opens, closes, writes to files? Basically stimulating normal OS operations?

I had used network tool 'whatsupgold' in the past, you can use similar kind of Network monitoring tool to monitor real time impact

Yes that would be one aspect of testing we'd be interested in. We're also interested in testing CPU, memory, and drive statistics when the system is idling, and then when a full scan is in progress. A "before and after" you could say.

I believe HeavyLoad may be able to simulate that piece of it:

The incorporated tests are functional for this, however it does not provide any statistical data after the tests are complete. We're looking for something that we can present the client and also tailor our policies to better suit the enviroment.
