Insert CI on Asset by Workflow

    I need create a process to request Configuration Item on Altiris CMDB.

    Initially we are creating a task to request a CI Manager to insert data manually on Altiris CMDB (Asset Management).

    Exist any way to insert Configuration Item on CMDB directly?

     

    How to proceed to make to insert data in CMDB with Workflow Solution?
